Add-Ons
Decor Set-Up
$250
Includes setting up of decor before the event (day prior if possible).
After-Hours Tear Down
$250
Includes taking down all decor owned by the bride and groom and returning it to the provided boxes that it came in at the end of the night — including decor, supplies, specialty installations, tables/chairs. We do not load decor into vehicles at the end of the evening.
Vendor Sourcing
$200
Includes the participation of sourcing and coordinating contracts with vendors to work your event, searching for the best vendors to fit your needs and location based on our extensive network of professionals.
Important Information
- To retain services, retainer fees are due upon contract signing and are non-refundable, typically 40% of the total package cost.
- If an event is taking place outside of a 40-mile radius from Des Moines, IA, travel fees are applicable and vary based on location and travel/hotel accommodations.
- All packages render services from the head planner and include a day-of coordinator that will work on the day of your event at your event location, including rehearsal.
